Inc. has grown into a multi-disciplined healthcare staffing resource. Independently owned and operated,

Comprehensive search and recruitment capabilities

business. To that end, we follow a proven methodology
to ensure that we work closely with our clients to find

of the job, but who also have the capacity to positively

- Before embarking on a search, we develop a detailed
written description of the position including duties,
experience and educational requirements, preferred
and essential technical expertise, compensation level,
and more.
- Then, we initiate the search, using our database,
professional referral sources, and extensive recruitment
capabilities.
- After having identified potential candidates, we
interview them in-depth, and in person whenever possible,
before submitting their credentials to the client.
Also, in accordance with our strict policy of confidentiality,
we always secure a candidate’s permission to
submit credentials to any client.
- We then coordinate interview arrangements and assist
in employment negotiations to the extent that both
client and candidates are in mutual agreement and
feel their best interests have been served.
- In addition, at the request of the client, we will
conduct reference checks of our candidates and present
written documentation of the results.
